We have previously used the Mather Partnership and dealt with Trafford who was excellent . On this occasion we had Donna supporting our sale who was equally excellent . She supported us every step of the way with great communication and efficiency . Wonderful firm I would highly recommend to anyone buying or selling . Nothing is too much trouble. All the team at Mathers Helston office especially Donna and Trafford have been exceptional in helping us through a very stressful house purchase. Donna, in particular, has kept us updated at every step of the way. Donna responds almost immediately which is almost unheard of but has made our purchase so much easier. I have recently completed on a house sale which could have been very stressful as I live far away.However,Trafford,Donna,Luke and all the team at the Mather Partnership have been superstars throughout the process, which all in all lasted approx five months from first marketing the property.I have since learnt this is about right, but my impatience and frustrations were professionally and calmly managed at each step of the process by the Mather team.Particular shout out to Trafford - I think I have conversed more with him over past five months than anyone else and I shall miss our catch ups! Yesterday I had the pleasure of being shown around a property for sale by Tom of the Mather Partnership. I have been looking to buy a property for the last six months or so and consequently I have viewed numerous properties in Cornwall. Tom was extremely knowledgeable about the property delivering an absolutely first class service. He was a credit to not just the business but also the vendor of the property as well.

I have recently bought a property via Mather Partnership. Donna Tyler was my point of contact. At all times Donna was professional, helpful and knowledgable. Her 'Can do' attitude was so refreshing, she really helped to smooth the whole process from beginning to end. Having bought and sold several properties over the years I have seen one or two brilliant Agents and I've seen some unprofessional behaviour from people who call themselves Estate Agents. Some of those need to pay attention to the way Mathers and in particular, Donna go about their business, this is how it should be done, with honesty, transparency and a desire to supply only correct and truthful information in a timely fashion, to the buyer. Mather Partnership is highly recommended and I won't hesitate to use them if I need to in the future.
